Messages from Co-CEOs

Landon Kamps

Letara is still small—and that’s what makes this moment so powerful. Everyone here helps shape the company, not just follow it.

If something doesn’t make sense, it's ok to ask. If something’s missing, let's build it. Progress here is a collaborative team effort.

We move fast, challenge the status quo, and aim to leave a mark beyond Earth.

If that excites you, we’d love to have you with us. Letara is just getting started—and your ideas could shape what comes next.

Shota Hirai

Letara isn’t just building rocket engines—we’re aiming to transform both launch and in-space propulsion. We have real momentum, real contracts, and we’re moving fast.

But none of this happens alone. Great teams—not just great individuals—build the future.

Whether you're from Japan or abroad, we’re here to support talented people and clear the path for them to move.

If you’re ready to break through the bureaucracy and build something bold, Letara is the place to do it—together.
